By creating an account or using goodeye, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Service
goodeye provides crowd-sourced and estimated information about how busy venues may be. Information is provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always use your own judgment.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use goodeye.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (updates, comments, photos, and similar). You grant goodeye a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. Do not post illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content, or content that violates others' privacy.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or abuse APIs, impersonate others, or use goodeye for spam or harassment. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of busyness estimates or recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, goodeye and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted at this URL constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
